Under the motto "Manufacturing the Future", DMG MORI will unveil its innovative ecosystem
DMG MORI World at EMO 2025, marking the trade fair's 50th anniversary with a forward-looking showcase of technologies and solutions that are shaping the next era of industrial production.
From 22 to 26 September 2025, in Hall 2, visitors will experience more than 40 high-tech machines, including eight world premieres and 33 automated solutions – all designed to support companies of all sizes in driving efficiency, productivity, and sustainability.
At the heart of DMG MORI World are three core themes:
- Technology: cutting-edge solutions from 5-axis machining to additive manufacturing and ultrasonic technologies.
- Machining Transformation (MX): a comprehensive strategy based on Process Integration, Automation, Digital Transformation (DX), and Green Transformation (GX).
- 5+X Industries: sector-focused innovations for Aerospace, Mobility, Die & Mold, Medical, and Data & Semiconductor, with scalable applications across other industries.
The MX framework addresses key challenges facing global manufacturers—improving productivity, enhancing flexibility, and ensuring sustainability. Live demonstrations will highlight multitasking machines like the DMC 125 FDS duoBLOCK μPrecision, capable of milling, turning, and grinding in a single setup. Automation will be a major focus, with autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and smart handling systems enabling flexible, unattended production.
Digitalization also plays a central role, with CELOS X, DMG MORI's app-based control platform, offering complete transparency from planning to optimization. All CELOS X machines include GREENMODE, reducing energy consumption by up to 30%, supporting greener and more competitive manufacturing practices.
