Conference fee includes the conference programme and material, lunches and
refreshments during the conference days, evening programme and factory visits
(lunch-box incl.)
Accompanying person´s fee includes Sightseeing tour in Joensuu, Excursion
to the Valamo and Lintula monasteries and Excursion to Karelian Kitchen. Evening
programmes are also included as well as lunches every day.
Payments
All payments should be made in euros (€) by credit card or bank transfer.
1. Credit card
Only VISA, MasterCard or EuroCard are accepted. If you register by using the
online form, please follow the instructions on the website. If you register
using the printed registration form and wish to use a credit card, please submit
your credit card number including the three last digits on the signature panel
(on the reverse side of the card) and the expiry date on your personally signed
registration form.

Please note that all banking costs must be paid by the participant. The name
of the participant should be clearly indicated when completing the bank transfer.
A duplicate or a photocopy of the bank transfer should be sent by telefax or
airmail to the Conference Secretariat.
Confirmation
Confirmation of registration and receipt of payment will only be sent when both
the registration form and payment in full are received. Confirmation will be
sent to the participant by airmail, telefax or e-mail.
Cancellation of registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing (e-mail, telefax or airmail)
to the Conference Secretariat. Participants who cancel their registration by
30 April 2007 will receive a full reimbursement deducted by a cancellation fee
of 100 €. No reimbursements will be made for cancellations
received after 30 April 2007. Reimbursement will not be given for late arrival,
unused services, unattended events or early departure from the Conference.
