Hotel accommodation has been reserved at the following hotels:

Prices quoted are per room per night and include accommodation, buffet breakfast, hotel service charge and VAT (Value Added Tax).

Hotel deposit
A hotel deposit of 150 € must be paid in advance together with the conferences fees. The hotel deposit will be deducted from the total cost of accommodation. The remaining hotel payment will be charged at the hotel during the conference.

A good quality hotel in the beautiful Sirkkala park by the Pielisjoki river, walking distance from the market place and about 3 km form the University. The hotel has a nice pool and sauna department. There are good restaurants and a popular night club in the hotel.

A good quality, cosy hotel in the centre of Joensuu, by the market place, about 2 km from the University. All the rooms have been refurbished. There are restaurants and a bar in the hotel.

Hotel locations and shuttle bus service
Shuttle bus transportation from the conference hotels to the conference venue and back will be available in the mornings and in the evenings. A timetable will be published with the final program.
The hotel prices above are available only if reservations are made through the Conference Secretariat either electronically on the web or with the enclosed Excel/PDF registration form.

Cancellation
The hotel deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation is made after 30 April 2007. Possible cancellations and changes to reservations should be made in writing by e-mail, telefax or airmail.
