ISTMA Board of Directors (BoD) met on the 20th of June 2010, in Windsor, under the Presidency of Joaquim Menezes, ISTMA President. The BoD discussed activities and accounting performed by ISTMA and its Governance for the next three years period.
The ISTMA General Assembly met on the 21st of June afternoon, after meetings of the regional branches in the morning, under the Presidency of Joaquim Menezes. Twelve National associations have been present and formally approved 2009 Management Report and Accounting as well as the 2010 Plan of activities and Budget for ISTMA.
It was unanimously approved that an extraordinary General Assembly will be organized by the end of November to elect the ISTMA Governance Bodies for the next three years period.
The Assembly also discussed the activities performed by the Regional Branches and congratulated CTMA and its team for the organization of the World Conference in Windsor.
