Hungary joins ISTMA Europe
By invitation from the Portuguese Presidency and CEFAMOL, representatives from the Polish and the Hungarian associations were present as observers at the last ISTMA Europe meeting, held in Brno (CZ). During the meeting the Hungarian association made a formal request to join ISTMA, which was unanimously accepted.
SZMSZ Szerszámgyártók Magyarországi Szövetsége (www.szmsz.hu) is the Hungarian Toolmakers Association and is based in Budapest, with 44 affiliated companies. It has been represented in the ISTMA Europe meeting by the President, Mr. Fulop Zoltan, and by Mr. Markos Sandor, from SZMSZ board. Mr Markos Sandor made a presentation of SZMSZ, the Hungary national association, and of the Hungary industry to the meeting. |
